Pending Orders Copier

Hello! I need a simple robot that copies all pending orders (Buy limit, Sell limit) created from a Master MT5 account to a Slave MT5 account. Both accounts are  active in two separate terminals installed in the same PC. Master and Slave are accounts from DIFFERENT brokers. The Master account strategy is based on a latency arbitrage approach so speed and accuracy are key here. Features I am looking for:

- Key challenge: Pending orders can´t be placed if the current symbol price is lower (in buy limit orders) or higher (in sell limit orders) than the order price, so when copying from one broker to another, due to time lapse and spreads difference, the broker needs to be able to move the order price to the minimum distance allowed for opening it at the Slave account and wait there (waiting time specified by user) until it gets either filled, expired (time out) or closed by the Master.

- Order Closing at the Slave: Order closing should come from the Master BUT if the the trade is AT LOSS in the slave it SHOULD NOT not be closed but rather wait until breakeven is reached to be closed automatically OR wait for the user to close it manually.

- Administration of options and monitoring through a simple visual panel on a chart (any) on each side.

- Copying should be started/stopped though buttons in slave and master panels. A signal (red/green) in the panels should show that copying is active or inactive. 

- Copier should identify matching symbols automatically between both accounts (or at least the chance to match them manually), just like other copier EAs.

- Orders should be copied as fast as possible (less than 10ms since the order is opened at the Master). Timing performance is key. The robot will work in a powerful cloud server exclusively dedicated for this task. If possible copying speed should be constantly shown in the panels.

- Possibility to multiply the lot by a coefficient in the Slave.

- Copied order comment should be: copied_originalticketnumber

- Orders from the Master don't have SL or TP levels so it is not necessary to copy or manage anything of that.
