Weis Wave - MACD High Low

Hello, looking forward to working with an MT4 developer for this indicator.

Would like a clean chart, candles only, and just show Buy/Sell Arrows, and Buy/Sell lines only.

Also, would like to see the previous high/low arrows and lines on chart.

Green MACD period closes, and turns red, that green period creates the new high. Create Buy Line from the high.

Red MACD period closes and turns green, that red period creates the new low.  Create Sell Line from the low. 

Even if the MACD is 1 bar, green or red, that is the new high or low.

Entry candle must close Above or Below the previous MACD High or Low.

Price above 200ema, and 50ema - buy only signals (close candle can cross the 50ema).

Price below 200ema, and 50ema - sell only signals (close candle can cross the 50ema).

Aggressive setting would be to turn off 200ema, just allow 50ema buy/sell signals. Please allow veritable to turn off 200ema.
