Candle pattern breakout

Hi,

I need someone to develop an EA in MQL5.

I'll give you a 2 candle pattern (pretty simple pattern) and 1 indicator (envelope) condition to trigger the entry. Entry point certain amount of points above the high on candle 1 for buying, of the low of candle 1 for selling. If the price closes in between the envelope while the pending order is open, close the order. 

The risk management is based on percentages.

10$ per sl. Tp is 3-4 times the risk. If the sl is above certain amount of pips, do not open trade. Breakeven the price reaches 2 times sl point. I want to be able to modify this variable as I want in the interface of the EA.

I'd like to take into consideration the spread in some way.

I'm working with 4 timeframes and 8 currencies.

I want an arrow to be drawn on chart everytime I get an opportunity entry. At least for the past 1000 candles.

Let's discuss the budget and think that I'm going to need at least 1 more modification, probably 2 for final details so. I'll appreciate a really nice development.
