An EA that opens and closes positions on opposite arrows

I want a programmer to make an EA for me out of indictors I have.

I combine two  indicators using a combiner indicator, i will provide these  indicators below.

-: the EA should open buy order immediately the  first buy arrow of the combined indicators appears on current or next bar and it should  close the order immediately the first sell arrow of the combined indicators  appears on the current next bar/ candle and open the next order. this is illustrated in the figure below.

N/B:

:- THE ARROWS ARE FROM A COMBINER INDICATOR , SO THE EA SHOULD READ THE ARROWS FROM  THE COMBINER INDICATOR.

:- the  indicators i used are:3c_jrsx_h.mq4 and rsx_on_oma_filter.mq4. 

:- the combiner indicator is: Combiner.mq4.  you will find them attached below.

:- i will attach all the indicators below so that you can test  using the EA.

-: the EA should work on all time frames, 1,5,15 ......and any other time frame and on all currency pairs.

-: the EA should should have a:- stop loss

                                              - take profit

                                              - trailing stop 

                                              - and  a manual lot size which is input by me (no auto lots allowed)

                                              - operate 24 hours a day.

-: after coding it, you have to send me the source code

-: i have to test it to make sure it works properly before payments are made.

-:  the EA should be for MT4.

-:  the EA should be able to open many orders as possible. i.e 5 or more orders at once

:- the EA should be able to open on  different charts  at the same time. i.e if i open 5 eurusd charts and attach the EA, it should work on all these charts at the same time.
