Range Bar Plugin modification or coding a new range indicator.

I have a range indicator I am using to make offline charts, I only have the ex4 version + the dll file (please see attached).

I am using three FXVEN indicators for trading, which produce alerts, I also only have ex4 files for them (please see attached). The trading indicators work fine on live charts (1min, 5min, etc), however on offline charts they do not always produce trade alerts (sometimes they do, sometimes they don't).

I need the range indicator fixed or a new range indicator/range EA coded, so that the 3 FXVEN indicators work properly on the offline chart all the time.
