Expert Advisor based on Trend Magic Indicator Needed

The EA is based on Trend Magic Indicator where variables will be user defined (CCI Period, ATR Multiplier and ATR Period). Now for the source of Trend Magic will be Closing Price basis or Exponential Moving Average of Price (again exponential moving average period should be user defined). The time period will be again depends upon user. Buy will be done when candle closes above Trend Magic indicator and Trend Magic Indicator changes color from Red to Blue and Relative Strength Indicator (relative to SPX 50 cfd with user defined period) will be greater than zero. The Buy order will only trigger when price crosses 0.10% of the high of the candle where BUY conditions met. SELL will happen when price close below Trend Magic Indicator and the indicator changes  color from Blue to Red.  With that relative Strength indicator must be less than  zero. SELL order will  only  trigger if price goes 0.10% below the  low of candle where all  mentioned sell  conditions met.

First buy/sell order  of the day will triggers   only  if  the price crosses first 10//15/20 (user  will decide)) minutes  highest high/lowest low after satisfying all  other above mentioned  criteria ( and then  Highest high for Buy order/Lowest Low for  sell order). All orders will be cancelled just  at 3:15pm (IST) and if there  are any  positions,, those  will be squared  up at 3:15pm irrespective off conditions. User can also stop  the program in any given point  of time.

Exit condition from BUY will be , price will comes below Trend Magic Indicator and Trend Magic Indicator color changes from Blue to Red, then BUY EXIT price will be 0.10% below the low of the candle which met exit conditions. 

Exit condition from SELL will be , price will comes above Trend Magic Indicator and Trend Magic Indicator color changes from Red to Blue, then SELL EXIT price will be 0.10% above the high of the candle which met exit conditions.

Now the payment part, we will agreed on  the price first and after development of EA , I will test it at my end. The code should last for 24 hours only while testing for the day. If the execution of the EA is as per agreed conditions, then I will make the payment and coder will handover me the file.
