I want a Multi Time Frame Trend EA

Name:  Multi Time Frame Trend EA

M1

I want to be able to choose which time frames I want to use.  Each box to have a on/off or (true/false) setting

For example:

M1   On
M5   On
M15  On
M30  On
H1   On
H4   On
D1   On
W1   Off
MN1  Off

Comments:
When all time frames with the setting "on" line up, green or red, a dot to appear below/above on next candle.
If trend continues and the time frame boxes are "on", then dots on new candles continue until the one of the
trend boxes changes color.
On Up Trend, dot to appear below candle
On Down Trend, dot to appear above candle
Note:  Leave space so dot does not show inside candles.
Give option on make dots smaller/larger
Aqua dot Up Trend,  Magenta dot Down Trend

EA will open a trade when dot appears (all time frames are either buy or sell with the box ticked on/off)

1/ Lot setting
2/ Target Profit:  default 10
3/ Stop Loss:  default 5
4/ Trail Stop:  default  5 to entry
5/ Only 1 trade open at a time
6/ Daily Target $   Take Profit $  Stop Loss $
7/ Start Time/End Time
8/ Show trade entry and exit with small arrow plus dotted line from entry to exit
