I have 3 EA's running. When one EA opens an order, I need a program that DEACTIVATES THE other EA's from working. (using magic number). (NO SOURCE-CODE AVAILABLE, NEED ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION).

specs of what I need:

I need a simple programming. I want to:

when 3 EA'S are running, MAGIC1, MAGIC2 and MAGIC3.

1. When MAGIC1 opens trade, MAGIC 2 remains ACTIVE and MAGIC3 is  deactivated.

2. WHEN MAGIC2 opens trade, MAGIC 1 remains ACTIVE and MAGIC3 is blocked deactivated. 

3. When MAGIC3 opens trade, both MAGIC1 and MAGIC2 is deactivated.

4. When no orders are open if MAGIC3 and MAGIC1 opens trade at same time, prioritise MAGIC3. (then above rules 1-2 apply)

5. When no orders are open if MAGIC3 and MAGIC2 opens trade at same time, prioritise MAGIC3. (then above rules 1-2 apply)

6. Once trades are closed and no active orders, all EA'S (magic1,magic2,magic3) are made ACTIVE.

I DO NOT have the source-code, please come up with an alternative solution.
