I would like to create an EA that will be able to detect Support & Resistance zones and also consolidation zones.

I would like the EA to identify structure of these zones and take a trade based off of breaking the structure and retesting the structure. 

A stop loss would be placed behind the previous candle and a trailing stop would follow.

TP would be at the next support or resistance zone.

A setting for lot size as well.

Would like the EA to trade on the H1 time frame.

Note: The EA should be able to detect different consolidation ranges since they are all not the same range
