MM: fix and edit Indi, make EA

Firstly the changes to be made at the indicator (leave it as indicator):

Improve stability in usage (eg reliable start, drag the labeling with the lines etc.).
When the indicator is loaded, the lines should be displayed automatically and also will remain when eg is changed the traded symbols.

On settings to be changed:
The default risk should be 1%.
The TP line should be green, the order-line black.

The display should be supplemented by the margin required.

Optional it should also show the data for the actual price (Risk, SL, TP, CRV) taking into consideration to the spread.

The position of the information box must be variable (can be set in the input box).


In a second step, I would like the indicator as an EA with the following options:

In addition to display (right next to it) should be the following functions as buttons (do not have to be black as in the picture, it is for illustrative purposes only):
- place order adjusted as market order.
- place pending order. Here the EA automatically should recognize by the SL / TP lines and the price if it will be a BuyStop, BuyLimit, SellStop or SellLimit-order.
- a checkbox whether to use a TP or not (if not used, it disables the TP-Line, CRV and TP-Data should be shown eg as "-" or "n.a.")

The lot size must be adapted to the broker (automatically detect whether 4 or 5 digits are traded, if a symbol such as the S&P is traded, the decimal places are to be adjusted automatically).
