A modified Renko chart that uses tick volume instead of points to form each candle

I would like a type of Renko Chart that creates the candlesticks out of volume instead of points. So instead of creating a new candlestick after each 100 points for example, to create a new candle stick after every 100 ticks (so it still takes out the element of time on the price chart).

But to also have the ability for the number of ticks to be either fixed or fluid.

For fluid, to have a moving average for volume of a specific timeframe and a multiplier for that average. And then the Renko bars would adapt in size as the moving average of volume shifts. So for example, to choose M5 timeframe, set the averaging period to 14 and the multiplier to 2x. If the volume average (of 14 bars) on the M5 timeframe is 250 ticks and the multiplier is at 2x, then for every 500 ticks a candle would be formed.

I also require this modified Renko chart to be able to run other EA's on it.
