Basando en EMA, MA y la modificación o creación de un oscilador con niveles. Preciso la construcción de un advisor el cual provea las señanes (etiqueta) de cruce de los indicadores con posible mensaje o sonido al dispositivo móvil.

Based on EMA, MA and a modification or creation of one oscillator with levels. I request the develop of an EA advisor that provide the signals (arrows or label) when the indicators cross each other, posibble to add some mobile alert as well.
