MT4 candle scalper

Greeting!

I need someone to make an EA for me.

Entry rules:

EA looks only at the last candle.

When, for example, the 15min candle is finished and a new candle is created, EA places a pending buy order at the highest price of the last candle with SL at the lowest point of the last candle.

For sell the same rule.

If the price first activates the buy order then EA deletes the sell pending, or if it first activates the sell then deletes the buy pending.

If the next candle is smaller than the previous one then EA deletes the pending orders and creates new ones according to the newly formed candle. EA is constantly looking at the last candle only.
