I need a buy and sell EA automatically based on hedge strategy

i need an EA to work on all time frame(candle stick based).

the EA opens either a Buy trade when candle stick closes below or on BB lower Band or a Sell when candle stick closes above or on BB upper band. for example on a particular time frame. when trade goes to our favor the trade will be trailed according to set. but when trade goes bad it should enter another trade on the next opportunity as the first on a multiple lots if the second trade still goes bad it should open the next opportunity again on a multiple lots. this should continue until accumulated trade trade result into a set profit amount or based on trail of the prevailing trade target pips. then all open trade will close. and repeat same process again.

this should be able to work on all time frame. 1m to 1h.
