Opening & closing orders in my defined time

I need a simple EA to apply in my own trading strategy based on these criteria:

                                                  Opening Orders

1. The EA will be able to open orders in a specific time of the day which I will define
2. The orders will be 4 limit orders from the current price of my defined  time
3. The orders will be 2 buy limt order & 2 sell limit order from current price of that specific time
4. I will just define the pip distance for those 4 orders ( I will be able to define pip distance for each orders) & the orders will be placed at that time automatically
5. I could define the tp & sl for those orders

1. The all opening  positions will be closed in my defined time
2. The all pending orders will be closed in  my defined time
3. I want to activate this EA in some specific days of the week. Other days EA will be inactive.
