Looking for developer to code an EA using 2 simple Moving averages (crossover buy/sell patern)

This EA will have two moving averages. The fast and slow moving averages. The EA will have the magic number, lot size, take profit, stop loss, fast moving average period, slow moving average period and number of trades all in the input section. The EA will have an option for Martingale, which can be turned off and on. The different no of trades in the same direction can have different take profit and stop loss.  They EA can run on all time frames. It will open buy order when the fast moving average crosses above the slow moving average and the PSAR is below the price. It will close the buy order if the fast moving average crosses below the slow moving average, hit the stop loss or the take profit and can't open another trade in that direction again unless there is a crossover.

It will open sell order when the fast moving average crosses below the slow moving average and the PSAR is above the price. It will close the buy order if the fast moving average crosses above the slow moving average, hit the stop loss or the take profit and can't open another trade in that direction again unless there is a crossover.
