Цель индикатора: Рисование канала отклонения, от скользящей средней.

Индикатор должен снимать пять показаний.  1.   Цена верхней границы канала.  2.    Цена нижней границы канала.  3.   Расстояние в пунктах между нижней и верхней границей канала  4.   Расстояние в пунктах между верхней границей канала и Moving Average  5.   Расстояние в пунктах между нижней границей канала и Moving Average

Первые два пункта рисуются на графике, а с третьего по пятый выносятся в информационную строку в верхнем левом углу графика.
