An expert advisor is required to act on divergence between 2 markets. 

System Specification

An Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 where lot size is calculated as a percentage of account balance. User is to define the percentage. User needs to be able to specify the time period (tick, 1m, 5m, 10m, 15m, 30m, 60m, 4h, 8h, 1d, 1w, 1m) as well as the symbols for both lines. Evaluation is based on the close of each time period on a line chart.

Logic for long trade (closes short position if one exists and go long)

Where market A puts in a lower low and market B puts in a higher low, buy market B when it breaks above previous high with a stop 5 pips below previous low and target 1.5 times the risk.
