MT4 trade copier: start copy and mange at set DD%

Hello: I’m looking for a developer, who has experiences on developing a MT4 trade copier. Here are my needs. EA for master AC (where we can set desired DD % to start copy) EA for client as slave w

Things to be aware:
- All suffix and prefix should be auto (i.e eurusd=eurusd.pro, eurusd= eurusdy/eurusdi, etc)
- copy speed or reading hte log file to copy should be fast (50ms or less): don't worry about broker's server side delay, which we can't control.
- Master EA start sending existing orders from specific DD % (i.e DD 30%), however continue to send new orders and manage all orders regardless of DD Lower or higher than 30%.
- Client EA MM risk ratio copy will use only KoefLot or multiply by master lot, leverage and ac currency issues are no need to consider. 
- Client EA reopen_position meaning: in case of copied orders from master are manually closed and wanted to reopen at time @ better level.
- When master close order, client must close copied orders, don't worry about slippages or different price.
