Need an new EA built

Hi I need an EA built based on 3 indicators that i will provide, and take profit, stoploss, and trail stop all calculated from the ATR indicator of the pair being traded

1.) needs 3 indicators that i will provide, they need the option to be optimized

2.) i need to be able to turn the individual indicators on or off as needed

3.) stoploss needs to be calculated from the ATR indicator and multiples of the ATR. example 1.5x or 2x needs the ability to be optimized

4.) profit target needs to be calculated from ATR same as stoploss needs the ability to be optimized

5.) I would like the ability to take multiple profit targets based on ATR and percentage of trade example: close 50% of trade at 1x ATR then the remaining                   100% of trade at 2x ATR

6.) risk calculated as a percent of account value

7.) trail stop based on multiples ATR indicator needs the ability to be optimized

8.) hourly time of day filter

9.) spread filter, with a timer to keep trade active for the desired amount of time until the specified spread is hit

10.) allow entry on cross:  true or false
