Simple Time-Based order EA required

I need an EA that does the following:

1. Set a time for entry based on Local time (Must be local time)

2. At Specific time, place a Buy Stop AND Sell Stop 

3. Distance for order to be calculated as x pips from Bid/Ask price. (Points must be an input value, bid/ask must be selectable for each order)

4. When one order triggers, the other must be cancelled.

5. Set Take Profit in points.

6. Set Stop Loss in Points.

7. Orders expire at set time - If they are not triggered by that time - Orders are cancelled. (Also based on Local time)

8. Times must include date (yyyy/mm/dd) and time in HH:MM:SS

9. Input lot size for each order (Decimal input)

Example:

At exactly 14:55:55 on 2020/02/12

Place a Buy Stop 125 points from Bid price, with 80 point TP and 80 point SL, with a lot size of 3.02

Place a Sell Stop 125 Points from Ask Price, with 80 point TP and 80 point SL, with a lots size of 3.02

If buy order triggers, cancel the Sell Order

If Sell order triggers, cancel the Buy Order

If no orders trigger at 14:57:00 on 2020/02/12, Cancel both Orders
