Modification of a Standard Rangebar-Chart for MT4

I need a modified rangebar chart:

Historical rangebars shall be calculated from historical tick-data provided by a csv-file, live rangebars by live ticks.

Important – the RangeBar-Chart shall be used in standard trading operation mode of the MT4 only, not in the backtesting-mode. Livetrading / scalping will be done on the Range-Bar Chart with an EA.
The historical rangebars are required for running own trading analyses (backtests) with a therefore written Indicator.

Requirements:

·       Being able, to modifiy the rangebar size comfortably

·       Selection of session control yes / no.
Session control = adjustment range bars on daily open price.

·       If input tick-data is missing, the missing data shall be taken from other time-frames.

·       In case of missing input tick-data, determination of a time-frame limitation for alternative data usage, i.e. to time frame 1M

·       Selection of a name for the range bar chart / window

·       Being able to run several Range-Bar Charts (i.e. with diofferent RB-sizes) on the same symbol simultaneously.

·       The range bar chart shall offer all MT4 functionalities - running indicators, expert advisors etc. on it

·       The RangeBar-Charts must be reliable, even in fast moving markets and shall be used for high-speed scalping purposes with an EA run on a VPS.

·       The Range Bar Chart shall be comparable to those provided by

with the exception, that the data for the historical range bars shall be taken from a csv-file. This file could be located anywhere, where it appropriate.
