Expert advisor based on a TMA indicator

Hello Coder,

I need an expert advisor based on my TMA indicator, entry/exit logic is explained below with some screenshots, additional requirements like lots size and trailing are explained as well. The logic is pretty simple behind it.

Buy order:

  The candle closes below the third ( red ) TMA-line, so with the opening of the following candle we enter a buy trade.

   ----If two candles after the entry also close below the TMA-line we place a second buy order.

     ----Should have the option to change the candle requirements for the second entry 

Sell order:

  The candle closes above the first ( blue ) TMA-line, so with the opening of the following candle we enter a sell trade.

   ----If two candles after the entry also close above the TMA-line we place a second sell order.

     ----Should have the option to change the candle requirements for the second entry 

For the Stop loss:

 ---- Option for no stop loss and just enter/exit with the opposite signal

 ---- Option for a predefined stop loss in points or pips ( whichever is easier to code )

 ---- Option for a predefined trailing stop loss

Additional Options:

 ---- Option to place a stop loss at the middle TMA-line once the candle has closed either above or below the line depending on the direction.

 ----- Adjustable lot size for the first and second entry

Preference: 

---- 1M timeframe up to 15M timeframe ( scalping or day-trading )
