Expert Advisor for MT4 is needed

I need mq4 Expert Advisor which has large 300 pips S/L and 15 pips profit target each transaction, with expectation almost 100% winning ratio (2 - 3 times loss within 2 years is considerable, pass 6 - 7 years backtesting).

The EA should be :

1) Applicable for any major and cross currency

2) No hedging, no grid trading, no martingale, no money management, but fixed lot

3) averaging up to 4 open trades per pair with time difference between open trades > 30 minutes

4) 40 - 50 closed transaction per month per pair, or more

Candidates is free to use their own strategy as long as the purpose of EA building is achieved.

Attached is example of the template. May use / improve the template or totally change the programming.
