EA based on traditional MACD, not MT4's..

Looking for somebody to code an EA based on the traditional MACD's histogram (not MT4's MACD). This is the link of the macd to be used https://www.forexfactory.com/attachment.php/85278?attachmentid=85278&d=1202622135. Please look for  MACD_ColorHist_Alert 12 26 9 LA .mq4  (post #7).

1. To place a buy order at +0 level or sell order at -0 level when MACD histogram crosses. The order must be placed at the open of the next candle after the histogram has finished the whole 15 minute (or other) time frame to make sure it has really crossed for the selected TF.  (TF on where to use EA should be adjustable too). 

2. Automatically closes an existing order and opens a new trade once the histogram closes at the opposite direction/side at the end of the selected TF. (Please note that the TF must be completed before closing and/or opening a position--very important).

3. With automatic stop loss of 25 pips and take profit of 25 pips. (S top loss and take profit must be adjustable in the ea parameters, as well as manually).

4. With adjustable lot size in the parameters.
