ORDER: EA for EMA, Bollinger, Closing price, Manually Enter, Exit, Stoploss, Stoploss movement

I need an experienced developer help me to code EA with the attached requirements:

1. Entry: EA has 4 option as attached. I brief as below: entry based on EMA cross EMA, Closing price cross EMA, closing price cross bollinger (20,2) upper and lower, enter manually directly on the chart which I will later embed the EA into the chart to modify SL, TP, Exit.

2. TP: Identify volume of order with 3 levels specify pips from entry point to TP and the remaining will be TP from the exit point.

3. Exit: has 3 option with EMA cross EMA, Closing price cross EMA, manually exit setup

4. Stop loss: set up pip from entry point with show or hidden option

5. Stop loss movement: stop loss will be move to entry point after the first TP ( TP level 1)
