Need to develop EA based on EMA and bolinger with stop loss movement

Dear developers,

I need to develop and EA as below:

ENTRY OPTIONS              

Entry 1  Price touch EMA with options: 10, 20, 50

Entry 2  EMA10 cross EMA20

Entry 3  Price touch Bollinger (20,2)

Entry 4  Manually specified by user

EXIT OPTIONS   

Exit 1     EMA10 cross EMA20

Exit 2     Manually

Exit 3     Partial closing by 30%, 50% of order volume

STOP LOSS & STOP LOSS MOVEMENT TO PROTECT PROFIT           

SL 1        Hidden SL , manually by user

SL Movement    Stop loss move to entry point after first partial closing
