Support is ignoring my e-mails. I can't login for 3 days to my MT5 account (web and mobile)
Before that I couldn't withdraw to address wallet. I have one on Binance, and one on Crypto.com. Both of them failed. I don't know why.
I would like to work with support to withdraw to my regular Bank account. Is it possible at all to withdraw to a regular bank ?
Anyone here is from the support team maybe ?
