Optimized UseExtraCaution for HiddenTakeProfitInMoney value. When 90% of the hidden target achieved stop loss will be moved to closest available price. Therefor UseExtraCaution can be used with both Price based target or Hidden target or with only one.

Added new feature DailyLossLimit. Now you can set a daily limit of maximum loss for each market. When maximum loss reaches the EA will close all trades and stop trading for the day on that market. Please note that because the EA is multi-currency robot, it will check the loss made only for the market on where the instance of the EA is running.

Please note that, Withdraw point checks made on overall account (not for market specific withdraw) which is different than DailyLossLimit.
