Expert Build Based on Blueball Of Daniel(FXpower, FXtrend) and SIP(scalping indicator pro)

I would like an Expert that would be able to open trades when the variables of the 2 indicators FXtrend (Trends 4h and 1D are both same direction) (FXpower currency power differencial bigger than 3) when those are met to enable SIP (scalping indicator pro) that would start taking trades of same direction of the trend from oversold overbought areas of the indicator (SIP). (i would like to be able to choose which tf trends are inline ) , (i would like to be able to choose at what levels the currency strengths need to be at to open a trade and which Period the indicator is operating) , i would like a news filter added so that no trades can be opened 2 hours or less before news on either the currency pairs.(i would like to be able to choose the amount of time) , I would like to trade this on the 28 major minor pairs. I would like when the conditions of the FxTrend and Fxpower to met The indicator SIP start opening trades With Fixed or ATR based stop loss ( i would like to be able to choose fixed stop loss or use ATR based on the pair the indicator is operating at the moment) Exit on fixed TP ( i want to choose the pips distance) . Money managment would be Fixed lots , balance % , equity % ( i would like to choose the fixed lots or % ). Now about the SIP . i would like to choose the int of ''slowperiod'',''slowSIP'',''Fastperiod'',''FastSip'' and the crossover level before opening trade ALSO TF of sip that opening trades.I would like Sip Open trade once per 5 candles of the TF is operating .( i would like to choose how many candles would be that pause for next trade to open) For example how should end product work = FXtrend is showing 4h and 1d buy after FXpower is showing Delta of 3 or bigger .then the pairs with those conditions are able to open Trades with SIP crossover oversold overbought areas such as Trend line above 70 and signal line crossed oversold area of 20 then open a buy trade . i will put some picture of the SIP CONDITIONS of another ea i have based on the SIP to give you a better picture . i will put pictures also of fx power and fxtrend
