A simple indicator

I need a very simple indicator with only 2 conditions .

1: As bull candle closes indicator will check if the candle high and close is less than 1 pip(10 pints) , same way for bear candle if the close price and low price is less than 1 pip .

2: for bull candle indicator will check candle pips from open to high so it should be more than given pips in settings ,same way for bear candle its open and low distance in pips should be more than given pips , this setting will be editable in pips in settings.

as above conditions meet indicator will send non repaint arrow at candle close and send push/mail notifications.
