Making an Alert for a Channel Indercator

I have attached another indicator Ma_BBands

Can I get an alert when a signal on the BBand indicator, happens outside the channel?

Like the below, the arrow is actually the BBand indicator, I have hidden the Channel Arrows by making them black.
