Turtle Trading with time criteria

I am looking for programmers that already have an understanding of the turtle trading system and it would really be best if you have an existing Turtle Trading EA that can be modified as I want a very affordable EA. Maybe you already have something like this that you can offer as I'm possibly not the first looking for something like this.

The EA should have the following functionality, the two main modifications are in bold.


1. Adjustable pip buffers for entry and stoploss breakouts.

2. Max stoploss setting based on ATR.

3.  Work on any timeframe from 5 minutes up

4. Number of bars for entry and exit to be adjustable in settinsg.

5. I need a time filter e.g. only enter trades between 08h00 and 10h00 and the again 14h00 and 16h00.

6. I need to be able to set it to take inverse entries i.e. rather than buying a breakout it sells the breakout at level + buffer
