EA to retest optimization results on different period and open test reports of each parameter line in internet explorer

So before i explain what i want i will explain the title of the job

First i do an optimization for a specific period for example "from 2010 - 2018"

Second after the optimization is complete i will have 100~2000 results

Third i wanna test all those results for a different period lets say from 2005-2010

Now to describe the EA and what i want to be coded

What i do is i change the date in the MT4 strategy tester "from 2005 to 2010"

1- Then i click on each result and i chose set input parameters "in order to enter the input parameters in the settings

2-Then i click start and wait for the test to finish

3-Then i click "save as report" which will open the test results on iexporer 

The EA/Script should do those 3 steps by itself after i chose the date

The EA/Script should also test results based on specific sequence such as "from 1 to 100" then "from 100-300" << this choice i would like to chose in the settings to control how many pages will be opened on internet explorer
