Grand master arbitrage

To work on fast broker 14 ms as master and slow broker 80 ms slave. Be able to put ea on one chart and time frame on master and one on slave and to automatically monitor all major and minor pairs plus indices on mt4.money management settings and fixed lot 0.01 upwards. Master and slave setting for the different brokers. Just need to be able to load on chart and let it run with just money management settings to set. Hidden take profit and stop loss but not sure what to set at but would need to look at settings of other ea on market. Trades to last from 1 second to maybe 5 mins to close with small profit but lots of trades, maybe pending orders but limited and if price moves away auto cancel them . New to this so hopefully you will understand what I mean .
