Build me something good and unique

Hello all , I'm looking for a expert advisor which can give me around 20% per month. I want the programmer to build one using this/her knowledge. The EA can be Scalping based, or Positional or anything But my requirements are as following:-                           1)It should give me around 20% per month.For Example if I'm depositing 1000$ with a leverage of 1:100 then total capital is 100000$ and I should be making 20% of it . I.e 20000 per month.                                             2)It should be optimizated to select lot size itself considering the risk to be minimum.        3) Developers can use any technique but it should follow Stop loss, I don't want EA with will performance excellent but will have unlimited risk.                                                      4)I'm willing to give 1000-1500$ for it.              5)Before I finalized payment, developers should show me back test data of EA that it's performing around 20% per month.                    6)Also I want a demo version of EA which will work in demo account so I can test it before I purchase it.                                                            7)Since you are building this for myself, I need a friendly developers whom I can contact in future if I need any modifications or anything :-) Thanks
