Генератор QR кода на MQL4 (из исходников С++)

Необходимо написать библиотеку которая на графике рисует QR код из множества прямоугольников  Label Restangle.


Готовый код с алгоритмом генерации для C++ есть в интернете.  (например https://habr.com/post/182638/ или https://github.com/nayuki/QR-Code-generator)


Входные данные:

  1. Фраза для QR кода
  2. Координаты на графике для размещения
  3. Размер прямоугольничка в QR коде в пикселях  (меняя этот размер можно менять размер QR кода) 
Отдельно должны быть переменные для указания имени LabelRestangle


Решение нужно для МТ4, но будет здорово, если заработает на МТ5.


Дополнение: без использования DLL и без обращений к разным сайтам.
