Automated Fibo Retracement Indicator (AFR)

Hello,

I would like to have an indicator coded which has two functions a Fibo Auto-Draw function and a Candle Labeling function. 

Below are brief descriptions of what the functions will be coded to do: 

Fibo Auto-Draw Function
This function will automatically draw fibonacci retracement lines as price data arrives on the MT4 platform, controlled by six Rules and their associated user defined inputs (most of which are line display controls).

Candle Labeling Function
This function will automatically place time stamp labels on a lower time frame chart which coincide with the equivalent closed candles on the next higher time frame's chart. This function will have 4 user defined inputs.

I will provide detailed specs to those who make an application for the project. Please let me know if you have any questions.
