Create an EA based only on standard indicators includedt in terminal with PUSH alerts

I will provide my algorithm, it's based only on standard indicators but has about 10 rules that must be fulfilled for each trade. It will open pending orders and then move them before they are activated. It MUST send a push notification when pending orders are open, and when they're activated.

Indicators: 3 moving averages, MACD, ATR, Price, high and low of previous candle. 

You must be very familiar with this: high and low of previous X or more number of candles must be above moving average. X is a minimal number, can be more.

All trades with TP and SL. No trailing stop, trades will be abandoned by the EA until they hit TP or SL. 

Manual control allowed by user. If I manually modify the SL of a trade and remové the TP, the EA will let me do it, it will simply abandon the trades once they're open with SL and TP.
