1.: Create indicator(channel) with two lines:

1 High of bar + Atr*x
2 Low of bar - Atr*x
And two turnable on/off lines
1 High of bar + Atr*z
2 Low of bar - Atr*z

x, z - varables. atr - ATR indicator.
Colors are also changeable
