EA or copier to copy trades by PENDING orders

Hi,
I need to copy trades as follow :

Master opens EURUSD long 1.30000

I want slave to be sure to get exact same price. So it must put
PENDING order (buy stop or buy limit) at 1.30000

Same when master closes at 1.30100, I want the slave to have exactly
1.30100. So TP must be set to 1.30100 when master already closed.

Program must be set to allow if I want to set my pending open or close at same price as master or X pips more, or less. 

I know that sometimes due to spread the open or close may not be triggered.
