Need indicator that count number of candle draw support, count pips redraw support

I need someone develop an indicator that has following functions :

1) count 8 bullish candles then draw blue color horizontal support line below the lowest of the 8 bullish candles.

2) count 8 bearish candles then draw orange color horizontal resistance line above the highest of the 8 bearish candles.

3) setting page must have field "countCandlesForSRLine" allow me set 8 candles, or 10 candles or other numbers of candles.

4) pop up alert when price is 10 points away from SR line. If it is less than 10 points, then don't pop up alert. If it is more than 10 points, then don't pop up alert too. Must exactly 10 points away from SR line only pop up alert example "Be ready to sell Audusd". Setting page must have field "alertFromSR(points)" allow me set 10 points or 5 points or other points.

5) pop up alert when new SR line is drawn. Example "new SR on Eurcad".

6) When price touch SR line, Draw arrow on the price candle, as picture above. Setting page must allow me change SR line colors, and arrows colors.

7) If price is away from SR more than 300 points, then must recount 8 candle to draw new SR, please refer the picture above.
