MT4 EA for VJ Series

Looking for a programmer who can work on long term basis as my current coders went off the business. 

Job: MT4 EA based on 3 indicators "two MT4 indicators & a Trend indicator mq4 supplied by me" 

Requirements:

1) EA opens the order at each candle close when the defined rules meet (two MT4 indicators & the trend indicator is in same direction)

2) TP1: EA will take profit when the average net profit meets the number "Spread * x times"

    TP condition 2: When the trend indicator turns no trend (neither bull nor bear), it detects all the orders & closes the orders which are in profit, keep the loss orders open until it hits SL

3) When the trend changes & EA opens the opposite orders, all the orders are closed when the average net profit turns to TP1 condition

    Net Profit = Gross profit - Gross loss (orders loss + spread count + commission + swap)

4) SL: It will be "Spread * X times"

5) Need a graphical box on the screen when the EA is loaded. Below are the display functions

   EA box displays the ON / OFF icon to control the EA for each pair individually (Green is ON & Red color is OFF)

   It shows the spread value

   It shows the total volume of BUY & total volume of SELL

   It shows the total net profit / loss in terms of MT4 points

Need the programmer to be flexible if I change any rules in reasonable limit. If the change is big, I will obviously assign as a new job. 

Programmer should maintain the confidentiality, code copyright will belong to me since the code rules are mine

More details & graphical examples will be provided once the job is assigned. Need the programmer to be available on Skype / any online instant communication tool.
