Proffesional trend price action EA with efficient risk management

i need development of an EA based on the following. simple price action entries based on confluence of support or resistance line with a coresponding trend line(as shown in attached picture) the following components are neccesary ; ability to identify bullish/bearish trend bias for the given frame and take trends in line with trend bias , the support/resistance/trendlines should be based on strict clear swing levels(points) for the frame it is trading from , be able to trade any pair , minimum risk reward ratio of 1 ;1. stop loss to be based on a few pips just below or above entry .  I will however welcome the idea of adding an extra parameter like an indicator or so to help optimise the EA to maintain A minimum 70% accuracy rate in its entries. trading time frames are m5,m15,m30 ,h1
