Renko chart dependent of closing time

Need to create an indicator to show renko boxes on mt4.The renko boxes need to close by a selected time of 1, 2 or 5 minutes. The separate indicator must accept moving averages, do not repaint and be set the initial block so the chart look the same as tradingview.com. The EA will buy every green box and sell every red box. Every inversion closes the last open order. The orders will be set with a martingale factor. If above M.A. buy will be full lot and sell will be by a selected factor of the full lot.When below M.A. the sell will be full lot and the buy will be also by a selected factor from the full lot. The martingale will be added until the sequence of loss result in a profit that makes the balance exceeds the last maximum balance. The orders will be closed only when a box against is formed. The orders will be sent by two options. At market or within a selected range from the box close. The options trailing stop and traling per tick can ve set. So resuming the options for the indicator are: renko closing time; 2 m.a. ; block size; set initial value. The e.a. must have: martingale factor; trailing on/off and points; trailing tick on/off; % of full lot to orders agains the trend; range for limit order; initial sl.Have in mind that this will work for forex, etfs and shares.Additionaly must have limit usage per account number and expiration date. Range time to operation. Max drawdown % from the account balance and profit target will make it stop and do not work anymore until the user turn it on.

P.S. The renko must be exactly like in the tradingview.com
