EA to be created

Hi All,

I'm currently  learning MQL4 but i'm not knowlegdable enough to build this yet. 

I want the following EA created:

External Variables needed

T= ? EMA
U= ? EMA
V= ? EMA
W= ? number of pips above/below previous candle
X= ? limit of trades on current chart
Y= ? Max pips in spread
Z= ? % of equity used for each individual trade

Long Entry Signal

a. 'T' EMA is above 'U' EMA
b. 'U' EMA is above 'V' EMA
c. Previous candle must be an "down candle" (i.e. where the price closed lower than it opened)
d. Create entry order at 'W' number of pips above the last candle high
e. set 'Stop Loss' at 'W' number of pips below the last candle low
f. Modify the orders 'Stop Loss' as a new candle starts to 'W' number of pips below the last candle low
g. allow setting of manual 'Take Profit' of orders

Short Entry Signal

a. 'T' EMA is below 'U' EMA
b. 'U' EMA is below 'V' EMA
c. Previous candle must be an "up candle" (i.e. where the price closed higher than it opened)
d. Create entry order at 'W' number of pips below the last candle
e. set 'Stop Loss' at 'W' number of pips above the last candle
f. Modify the orders 'Stop Loss' as a new candle starts to 'W' number of pips above the last candle low
g. allow setting of manual 'Take Profit' of orders

Conditions

Limit number of trades on current chart to 'X'
Don't trade for spread is over 'Y' pips

Risk/Money Management

The amount to each individual trade will be Z% of the current equity (or the closest it can be with going over due to denominations being too low)

Needs to work on any pairs
Needs to work in any timeframe its attached to
Needs to work with any broker
Must be able to run on multiple windows using different pairs
