EA using 4 Custom Indicators

There are 4 Custom Indicators as abobve, which I have bought here in https://www.mql5.com/en/market. 

Here, we tell them as ‘Ind1, … , Ind4’ for short.

Inputs:

l  Lots(0.1)

l  Main Indicator: Ind1/Ind2/Ind3/Ind4 (It is a switch in the input, which I can choose.)  

l  1^st Filter: None/Ind1/Ind2/Ind3/Ind4

l  Time_Frame for the 1^st Filter: M1/M5/M15/M30/H1/H4/D1/W1/MN

l  2^nd Filter: None/Ind1/Ind2/Ind3/Ind4

l  Time_Frame for the 2^nd Filter: M1/M5/M15/M30/H1/H4/D1/W1/MN

ð  There are also some inputs from the each 4 Indicators.

l  I will use as TP and SL, the ATR(50) values.

TP = 5, SL = 3 means TP = 5*ATR(50), SL = 3*ATR(50)

l  TP = 0, SL = 0 means, there are no TPs and SLs.  We buy and sell according the main indicator’s signal.

I need 1 EA as above, and 4 simple EAs with each Indicators without any Filters

(for learning the mq4 language...):

Inputs:

Lots(0.1), TP(0), SL(0), Inputs of the original Indicator: 

Here TP, and SL are also ATR(50) values.

I need 1 very simple indicator around the Pipfinite Trend Laser:

Input: k(1.5)

Var1 = Laser + k*Atr(50);   Var2 = Laser - k*Atr(50);

Var3 = Laser + 2*k*Atr(50);   Var4 = Laser – 2*k*Atr(50);

Var5 = Laser + 3*k*Atr(50);   Var6 = Laser – 3*k*Atr(50);

l  This indicator looks similar as the attached pic.

So, I need:  1 big EA,  4 part-EAs, and  1 Indicator.
