New Robot - S & R Straddle using Pending Orders

I am looking for an EA that places pending orders as a straddle at support and resistance levels.

Here is a sample screen showing an existing EA placing breakout pending orders with SL

This works fine - it has parameters - number of bars for calculating S/R, Lot Size, StopLoss, trailing SL and break-even. When break-even is reached SL is set to BE.

What I want is to be able to set a straddle on the S/R. The strategy is that when S/R is touched the robot should place a pending order at nnn (parameter needed) points either side so that if breakout occurs or price reverses from S/R the appropriate order is placed and the other order deleted. So here is logic:

1. EA opened

2. New bar opened - delete all pending orders this magic

3. If open order
a) check and set SL if price has moved beyond break-even
b) end

3. If price within nnn (another parameter required) points of S/R
a) open pending orders either side of S/R 
b) end
