I need an EA that compares prices in two parts of the day. Each morning i will decide buy or sell, and the order will be sent according to high/low of the first part of the day. 

Trading hours are divided into 2 parts: 

part1: from open to a preset time (Time_1) - no order in this period.

part2: from Time_1 to another preset time (Time_2) - order opens based on Time_1.

Type: Buy/Sell

Volume: 1 to 1

Time_1: 12:00:00 (default)  

Time_2: 16:00:00 (default) - close pending order

Close_All: preset time that will close the executed order (if executed) (default 16:45:00)

StopLoss: 1% (default)



calculations: 

buy: high part1 * (1 + DELTA)

sell: low part1 * (1 - DELTA)
