Indicator NB bars without MA touch

I need a developper to create an indicator which count the number of bars since the last touch of 1 of 2 moving averages. His value will be positive if the bar is over MA1 and MA2, negative under and 0 if the bar touch one of the MA The value of that indicator is Ind, the previous value Ind[-1] If Low > MA1 and Low > MA2 then Ind = max( 0, Ind[-1] ) + 1 If High < MA1 and High ind_Max_Value then Ind = Ind_Max_Value If Ind Ind_TrendH [ default value Blue – Size 3] Color 2 : if 0 < Ind = Ind >= Ind_TrendB [ default value Magenta – Size 3 ] Color 4 : if Ind < Ind_TrendB [ Default Value Red - Size 3] The paremeters are : • MA1_Period • MA1_Method • MA1_Price • MA1_Shift • MA2_Period • MA2_Method • MA2_Price • MA2_Shift • Ind_Max_Value • Ind_Min_Value • Ind_TrendH • Ind_TrendB
